General Overview

Adding an FAQ section in a paywall is an excellent way to address user concerns and boost subscription rates by providing clarity and transparency.

Benefits of FAQ

FAQ Configuration

FAQ structure:

the parent FAQ: It contains the configuration options for the overall FAQ component.

Question 1,2 and etc: You can add upto 20 questions in a FAQ section. The actual question section lets you customize each and every question and answer uniquely.

FAQ configuration

1. Settings: In this section, you can give the ID to the FAQ.
   Id: the default value "faq_1" works fine. Change the ID only if you want to have several FAQs on the same Screen:
   FAQs on a same Screen which are are mapped with the same Id interact together.
   FAQs with different Ids are independent.
2. Styles: You can change the background color and border color and corner radius of the FAQ block.
3. Layout: You can adjust the vertical spacing, height collapsed and expanded.

4. Icons: You can add the icons to collapse and expand the FAQ block. Collapsed block shows the question and it shows answers when expanded.
5. Padding and Margins: Padding is the space between the content of an element and its border. Margin is the space outside the border of an element, pushing it away from surrounding elements.
