Screen Issue Report Template
Template for reporting issues related to the Screen Composer or the way it’s displayed in your application.
If you’re experiencing an issue with a Screen created in the Purchasely Screen Composer, please provide the following details so our support team can investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.

- Link to the Screen in the Purchasely Console:

👀 Observed Behavior
- Describe what you are observing in your app (e.g., layout misalignment, missing component, wrong offer displayed, app crash, etc.)
🎯 Expected Behavior
- Describe what you expected to happen or appear on screen.
🪄 Steps to Reproduce
- Provide clear, step-by-step instructions that lead to the issue.
(Example: Open app → Tap “Subscribe” → Screen fails to load → Error appears)
📸 Visual Evidence
- Attach screenshots and/or a screen recording of the behavior.
(If possible, show both light and dark mode views.)
📱 Display Configuration
Please specify how the Screen is displayed in your app:
- Display method: (Placement / deeplink / programmatic call / inline paywall / SDK UIHandler, etc.)
- Detailed information:
- Placement name or ID
- Deeplink used (if applicable)
- QR code or test link
- SDK method or integration point used

If you can reproduce the issue consistently, please share a video and screenshot showing both:
- The behavior in your app
- The Screen configuration in the Purchasely Console
